EASY HOME-MADE DELICIOUS AND POPULAR PALEO RECIPES AND HOW TO PREPARE THEM [PART 2/3].


  1. JUICY PORK BROTH
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME : 20 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 25 Minutes.

Ingredients: pork meat, cinnamon, garlic, grounded dry red pepper, and onions, salt.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: wash the pork meat properly into a clean pot
Step 2: add little salt to it
Step 3: Grate the onions, and garlic on the pork
Step 4: Add red pepper, cinnamon and water to it, then boil for 15 minutes
Step 5: serve and plate


10. TASTY CHICKEN BREAST AND SALAD

PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes

COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 15 Minutes



Ingredients: chicken breast, avocado, spinach, strawberry, Onions, salt, curry, thyme, garlic, ginger, and nutmeg.



INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1. parboil the chicken breast with sliced onions, salt, curry, thyme, garlic, ginger, then grate the nutmeg on it, after 7 minutes, add spinach leaves to it for 30 secs then remove the spinach on plate.
Step 2: Slice 3 strawberries, 1 onions, 1 avocado, mix them together and add to the spinach on a plate.
Step 3: take out the spiced chicken breast and shred them to small bits with knife, then add on the salad, it's delicious.
11. DELICIOUS SPICY FISH PORRIDGE
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20Minutes
TOTAL TIME : 25 Minutes

Ingredients: yam, fresh red pepper, onions, garlic, salt, fresh fish tea leaf, and potash (optional).

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Peel the yam, chop, boil with a little salt for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cut the fish, wash and boil in another pot
Step 3: chop the fresh red pepper, onions, garlic and the tea leaf then add to the fish that is being boiled.
Step 4: drain the water out of the yam and mash the yam with a pistol and mortar
Step 5: Add some of the mashed yam into the fish soup, add little potash to taste while stirring all together in the pot.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy your porridge.
  1. CHICKEN CURRY BROTH
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 20 Minutes

Ingredients: chicken, dry pepper, cinnamon, cajun seasoning, curry and salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Wash the chicken and boil adding, some ground dry pepper, cinnamon, cajun seasoning and salt to taste.
Step 2: boil for 15 minutes to absorb the spices and serve to enjoy your broth.

13: CRISPY SWEET POTATO COCONUT CHIPS
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients: sweet potatoes, coconut oil, eggs, salt, coconut flour

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Peel the desired amount of sweet potato, wash and drain
Step 2: add little salt, add very little coconut flour (1-3 eating spoons) to give a crispy look
Step 3: beat 4-5 eggs, add the potato to the eggs
Step 4: Put some amount of coconut oil in a saucepan and fry the potato
Step 5: remove eggs from pan when brown and enjoy your crispy potato chips. 

  1. PINEAPPLES AND CITRUS FRUIT JUICE
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients: pineapples, oranges, tangerine, and ginger

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Peel the pineapples and remove all the black spots making it completely plain
Step 2: Squeeze the oranges to get out the juice
Step 3: take some pineapples and blend with the tangerine, using the juice from the orange as water while blending.
Step 4: pour into a glass and enjoy the plum juice, top with ice.

 
  1. JUNKY FRUITY PALEO SALAD
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients: cabbage, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, pineapples, onions, raw honey, avocado, strawberries, blueberries and broccoli.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Slice the strawberries, broccoli, pineapples, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, avocado, blueberries and mix with 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
Step 2: Plate and enjoy.

  1. MUSHROOM FISH SOUP:
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 25 Minutes

Ingredients: mushrooms, oil fish,cinnamon, ginger, thyme, green pepper, salt, lime and palm oil.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Wash Mushroom, and boil with a little salt and palm oil in a separate pot for 8 minutes.
Step 2: Cut the oil fish (ensure its oil fish), boil the fish with salt, green pepper, curry, thyme, cinnamon and ginger 10minutes.
Step 3: drain and add mushroom to the fish soup and boil for some minutes, serve, slime lime to the plate and enjoy!
