How To Fight Acidosis That Causes Ulcer & Other Diseases In The Body.

Acidosis

Acidosis is too much blood acid in the human blood system that can lead to diseases of different variations. pH is a scale that only measures water (H2O) & as scientists, we are familiar with the fact that 0 - 6.9 is acid, 7 is neutral and 8 - 14 is alkaline. The human body was crafted by God to be 7.365 (i.e like 7 days a week and 365 days per year) which is under the pH scale alkaline. This simply means our stomach or blood content is meant to stay alkaline as it has been made outright by God. Research has shown that lots of Individuals worldwide  are suffering from acidosis as a result of their pH being 6.8 and this is easily caused by the following factors:

  • Diets: As adults everyone tends to choose a different method of eating and this usually affects our meals because we eat a lot of snacks like burgers and french fries compared to a proper balance diet. To fight against acidosis and cure Ulcers you should avoid, there is a need to avoid: fried and greasy food, gassy and carbonated drinks (coca cola and likes) and spicy food. You'll also boost your recovery by eating small portions of food to ease their digestion. No one knows for sure how H. pylori spreads in our body or why some people develop peptic ulcers without being infected with H. pylori, so prevention is actually difficult. Researchers are daily trying their bests to develop a vaccine to prevent infection. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach. Use common sense: If it upsets your stomach when you eat it, avoid it. Everyone is different, but spicy foods, citrus fruits, and fatty foods are common irritants.

    • Stress is a killer disease it can ignite anything and cause a disorder in the human body affecting its proper function. Lots of people are going through stress daily and this is one of the possible causes of Ulcer. Learn how to control your stress levels. Regular exercise and mind-body relaxation techniques (such as guided imagery and yoga or tai chi) are often helpful.
    • Drugs is another important thing that can cause Ulcer. I know by now you must be wondering how drugs can do that. Simple, the truth is people tend to consume too much drugs from over the counter without prior consultation from a physician. This can actually be a problem when you have no idea about the side effects or the downside of consuming it in excess that will result in destroying the lining of your stomach resulting in ulcers. Taking too much of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS including aspirin and ibuprofen) with food, may increase your risk of irritating the lining of your stomach and exposing you to ulcer and vice versa. Do not take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for pain relief. They are also known to damage the stomach lining, thus making you more prone to an ulcer or making an existing ulcer worse. Avoid them as often as possible.

    • However, avoid drinking alcohol, as it will irritate your ulcer, inflamed tissue and open blisters, just as pouring alcohol on an open wound would, it irritates the stomach's mucous and the intestines which could cause inflammation. If you feel you can't then Practice moderation. Heavy consumption of alcohol and has been shown to contribute to the development of ulcers, so keep your intake to a minimum.

    • Have you heard about Pawpaw and its magic? On the other hand, there are also some foods that can help you improve and heal gastric ulcers. Among them we want to highlight papaya (pawpaw) and its seeds as one of the best fruits for people with ulcers, as it's been proven by several medical studies to be efficient in these times. Therefore, apart from eating its pulp, it's also appropriate to grind the papaya's seeds and boil them in plenty of water. Let this infusion rest for 10 minutes and filter it with a sieve. Take three glasses and you'll quickly notice the difference, it starts working instantly, that's why I say it is magical.

  •  In the same way with the use of Papaya, white cabbage juice is another natural remedy that is useful for ulcers and will relieve the discomfort that they produce; as this vegetable contains nutrients that help neutralize acidity and help rebuild harmed tissue. It's important to point out that it must be raw white cabbage, so you should take it blended or juiced with a bit of water. Chamomile is one of the best teas that can help naturally cure ulcers. The beneficial properties of this medicinal plant will help protect the gastric mucous and repair the damage in the ulcer; which is why it's appropriate to take between two and three cups per day before meals.

I hope that these information can be of help to you and please feel free to try these methods stated on this blog.
